Information We Collect

Our authentication partner Clerk stores your authentication information such as linked accounts and email addresses.
Our billing partner Stripe stores your billing information.
We store the forwarding addresss(es) you provide to us and any aliases you create with us as well as your subscription status.
Any additional information you voluntarily provide us, such as comments or questions submitted to us.

We don't store emails that pass through our system beyond what's necessary for immediate delivery.
Incoming emails are immediately forwarded to your designated address and then deleted from our servers.
In the rare event we can't immediately forward the mail to your inbox, it will be stored encrypted in our system for up to 72 hours as we retry.
If we still can't deliver it after that, it will be bounced back to the sender, and then deleted from our system.
Mails you send from your @say.as address follow the same rules.

We store logs of anonymized traffic information for up to 30 days, for security, spam protection, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
We also store aggregated metrics like number of emails sent and received per address for up to 30 days, for rate limiting and abuse protection.
We redact all email addresses from logs before output, so we can't tell who any senders or recipients are.
As part of spam and abuse protection, our logs include IP addresses and domains of mail servers we interact with, e.g. "gmail.com" or "proton.me".
We don't log email content, ever.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information with third parties.
We share anonymous error data with service providers who help us deliver our service.

If at any time you wish to remove the information we have about you, go to and click "Delete account".
